Bucks County company is seeking temporary customer service employees from end of August/September 2017 through March/April 2018. This is a small call center environment and call center experience is required.  Hours are 10:30 am to 7 pm. ($15.00/hour for this shift) (Monday - Friday).

Responsibilities include:
Entering phone orders quickly and accurately. 
Check customer allowance balances and verify the information is correct. Troubleshoot problems and escalate to the Customer Service Manager
Handle catalog requests and send to the appropriate person
Process Rush and Same Day order requests
Answer inquiries regarding delivery dates, back ordered items and track customer shipments if necessary.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate merchandise
Transfer calls to appropriate department as required
Clearly communicate issues that cannot be resolved to Customer Service Manager
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
More than one year of prior Customer Service Call Center experience
Must be detail oriented
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Solid computer knowledge,  some typing skills and ability to enter orders while on the telephone
Ability to multi-task and handle many different requests at once
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of phone calls daily
Effectively handle upset customers and stressful situations
Experience with webchat services is a plus for this position

$15/hour pay rate
